Mr. Wolford brings to the firm his extensive jury trial experience and his ease in the courtroom. He has successfully represented clients in a variety of matters in both federal and state courts in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury, and criminal defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wolford served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Monroe County District Attorney's Office. During his four years as an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Wolford prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases, including major felonies. He was responsible for obtaining the first local felony convictions for persons charged with tampering with food products and making bomb threats at a local high school.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Wolford has handled many different and complex litigation matters, in both the civil and criminal arena. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of commercial litigation and New York Super Lawyers Magazine in the area of general litigation for many years.

Mr. Wolford was chosen as a member of the Rochester Business Journal's 40 Under 40, and served as president of the Rochester AM Rotary group. He was also a member of the Board of Trustees for Hope Hall School, a school for children with learning disabilities and former member of the Board for the Wilson Commencement Park. He is also a member of the Webster Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Wolford is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in New York and is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association, including the Litigation Section's Personal Injury subcommittee.
